01. ABOUT FARMS.MY

farms.my is an online resource platform catering to the needs of the agricultural industry through the listing of (1) agricultural land offered for sale and/or lease, and (2) goods and/or services relating to agricultural activities. Listings are categorized according to geographical location in Malaysia.
farms.my is managed by Taste of Tradition (M) Sdn Bhd (1157426-H) (the “Manager”).

farms.my is a resource available to any internet user (a “Browser”) seeking (1) to explore agricultural land made available for sale/purchase or for lease, and (2) merchants who advertise the sale of goods and/or services related to the carrying on of agricultural activity (a “Registered User”).

farms.my sets out to be a leading ‘one-stop shop’ online platform disseminating information listed (“Listings”) by a Registered User and linking potential purchasers of land and/or goods and services with landowners and/or vendors.

farms.my operates a credit payment system for all listings posted on the platform, “FMC” means farms.my Credit. FMC are purchased as a package and payment for the purchased package is made via the third-party payment gateway service provider, SenangPay.


02. REGISTRATION

To become a Registered User, sign up at the registration page and create login details. An activation link will be sent to your registered email to activate your farms.my account. Once activated, your unique farms.my account is ready for immediate use (‘My Account’).
At farms.my, there is only one type of account. Each account is linked to a Registered User. There is no distinction between a Registered Users listing land and/or advertising the sale of goods/services.

You must be at least 18 years old to be a Registered User of farms.my. If you are under 18 years old, you will need a parent’s consent to continue using farms.my.

To be a Registered User, you will need (1) a valid and active email, and (2) a mobile number that can receive SMS.

The registration process of farms.my requires both contact details, including a valid and active email and mobile number to be submitted to the Manager.

03. MY ACCOUNT

Head to the login page. Key in your registered email/mobile number and password.
Click on Forgot Password at the login page. Submit EITHER your registered email/mobile number and password reset instructions will be sent to the registered email/ mobile number.
Login to your account, go to My Account > My Profile
No. A specific email can only be linked to a single account.
Changes to a registered email/mobile number cannot be made via your account. To update email / mobile number please email support@farms.my and our team will effect these changes having regard to security protocols.

04. USING FARMS.MY

Browsers can access all information relating to listings relating to agricultural land under LAND, and goods/services under SERVICES. Browsers are also invited to read the farms.my BLOG.
All Registered Users will have access to a unique account. From the account, Registered Users can manage details relating to the following:
Manage your display name; set new password for your account; and view your last login date time.
View and manage the status of all your agriculture lands, from drafts to current listing(s) and expired listing(s). To add a new agriculture land listing on farms.my, click the Add Land button to follow the step-by-step Wizard.
View and manage the status of all your goods and/or services listings related to agriculture activities. To add a new good/service listing, click the Add Service button to follow the step-by-step Wizard.
View your available FMC; keep track of credit usage and credit top-ups; and Reload Credits by purchasing FMC packages. See ‘Fees & Other Charges’ below for more information on the FMC system.
A library for all invoices (PDF format) relating to farms.my credit transactions.
Group your favourites accordingly to your interest. You can send communications and/or request quotations by group.

05. FEES & OTHER CHARGES

There is no registration, annual or monthly fees. Charges are only applicable when a listing is created and published. farms.my adopts a credit system where RM 1 = 1 farms.my Credit (FMC).

All FMC package purchases are non-refundable.
farms.my only accepts payment in Malaysian Ringgit. Payment is facilitated via the SenangPay payment gateway.

06. PRIVACY & SECURITY

All farms.my account will be bound to both a valid and active email and mobile number. For security purposes, no credit/debit card and no bank account details will be collected on farms.my or by the Manager.
farms.my/the Manager receives payment from Registered Users via the online payment gateway platform senangpay.my, owned and managed by Senangpay Gateway Sdn. Bhd.
